We are proud of our community and will do all we can to support it. Our fundraising activities are fun as well as financially beneficial to the causes we support.

The photo montage above is a snapshot of what we get up to.

We have a range of differing projects for the forthcoming 2019/20 year that will enable the club to continue in the delivery of its priorities.

Working in partnership with the Low Ham Steam Fair organizing Committee we aim to support the event again this year by proving stewards and a refreshment tent for visitors and exhibitors.

Having had a year off in 2018-19 we will explore the potential to have a Charity Ball again. Additionally, we will consider a Mardi Gras or Cambodian themed evening to raise funds.

We will continue to raise the profile of the club and its activities through increased dialogue with the Langport and Somerton business community and supporting local fairs with a Rotary stall.

Our fundraising activities will enable the club to support local hospital projects, the Prostate Cancer Charity. We will run a stroke awareness event and provide support to our local township in-bloom competitions.

Finally, we will continue to invite knowledgeable after dinner speakers on a range of themes to maintain existing and potential new members.
